I have spent over 20 years in advertising, sales consulting, leadership, and operations, from scaling teams as Senior Vice President at MNTN (now publicly traded) to consulting as an expert with AlphaSights and GLG, to coaching entrepreneurs, leaders, and sales professionals across multiple industries. No matter where I have worked, I have always ended up doing the same thing: helping people find clarity, build direction, and execute with confidence.

My career has crossed corporate tech, small business, higher education, and community leadership. I hold a Master’s degree in Business from Azusa Pacific University's School of Business and Management. I have guest lectured at CSUN’s Nazarian School of Business, coached youth basketball for years through the YMCA and Boys and Girls Club, and voluntarily serve as the Director of Stewardship for the Mt. Rubidoux faith community. Every environment has shaped how I coach and lead today with structure, compassion, real-world practicality, and an understanding of the pressure people carry as they grow, lead, and build.

Coaching did not start for me when the Jream Forward Coaching practice began. It has always been part of who I am, the person people come to for clarity, support, and effective guidance that brings results. I believe people do not need more hype; they need a plan, a framework, and someone in their corner who knows how to move things forward one step at a time.
